Don’t Confuse Japan and the U.S.

From Jesse’s Café Américain comes a thoughtful piece about the unique characteristics of Japanese society and by extension, why Japan’s multi-decade stagnation is not necessarily in the cards for the U.S.

He includes a graph that rather astonishingly forecasts Japan’s population 80 years from now to be back where it was pre-World War II!
